Join us for this intimate writing session, where we explore the art of Journalling from the perspective of established Author, Abigail Mann.

Whilst sipping on a cocktail (or three!) and nibbling on the opulent grazing board, you will be treated to a specially curated session exploring maternal mental wellbeing, with both talks and workshop style elements to expand your self-care toolkit and untangle some of the more complex thoughts of motherhood, as well as learning to decompress the day to day.
