No two sessions are the same, but expect deep relaxation, raw honest discussions and validation amongst a group of likeminded mama's.
This particular Urban Retreat evening is hosted for current members of David Lloyd Raynes Park.
Bookings open up to 8 days ahead of each event, and must be done directly through David Lloyd either via the app or at reception. Spaces are extremely limited. Newcomers welcomed and encouraged!
Comfy attire recommended and blankets, mats & refreshments are provided. NB the studio has a barefoot policy.
